We provide access to broad worldwide provider networks in 438 cities located in more than 153 countries. We have direct pay arrangements with more than 44,000 providers outside the United States, and within the United States we offer access to the CIGNA HealthCare PPO Network of more than 838,000 physicians and hospitals.

CIGNA International's parent, CIGNA Corporation, has a rich tradition of quality, service, and innovation dating back more than 200 years. CIGNA was formed in 1982 through the combination of Connecticut General Corporation (founded 1865) and INA Corporation (founded 1792). For 2007, CIGNA reported net income of $1.12 billion on revenue of $17.62 billion.
